Frequently asked questions

Do you offer refunds?
If your denial doesn't qualify for the tier you selected at checkout, we will refund the difference or, where appropriate, the full amount. Our triage tells you in advance whether your case is supported — there is no charge before you've seen that assessment.
Can I add the External Review Pack later?
Yes. After your internal appeal is denied (which the insurer must communicate in writing), you can add the External Review Pack for $199. It prepares the state-specific external review submission with the appropriate independent-review organization references.
Is there a per-month subscription?
No. All pricing is per-appeal, flat-fee. We don't believe in subscription pricing for what is fundamentally a one-time consumer need.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major US credit cards, debit cards, and Apple/Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card information ourselves.
Will my HSA or FSA card work?
Appeal preparation is not generally considered a qualified medical expense under HSA/FSA rules, so we recommend using a regular payment method. Speak to your plan administrator if you're unsure.
