How fast will my appeal be ready?
Strong Appeal turnaround is 24 hours. Premium Appeal includes a priority 24-hour SLA with additional research depth. Urgent Appeal is 12 hours and is intended for scheduled surgeries within 14 days, ongoing inpatient care, and urgent specialty-drug continuations.
Do you guarantee my appeal will be approved?
No. Nobody can — anyone who tells you they can is misleading you. We prepare a structured, evidence-anchored appeal package that addresses the insurer's stated denial reason point-by-point. The outcome depends on facts, plan terms, applicable law, and the insurer's decision. KFF data shows a meaningful share of appealed denials are eventually overturned, but specific outcomes vary by case.
What types of insurance do you work with?
Commercial plans, ACA Marketplace plans, employer-sponsored plans, self-funded employer plans (ERISA), union plans, and Medicare Advantage. We do not currently support Original Medicare appeals (separate Redetermination/Reconsideration/ALJ system), Medicaid (state-administered), short-term health plans, or TRICARE/VA.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Uploaded denial documents are encrypted at rest with KMS-managed keys, stored in a private bucket with public-access blocked, and auto-deleted after 90 days. We don't run third-party marketing pixels on any page that handles your medical documents. We are subject to the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and have a documented incident-response plan.
What if I already started an appeal?
We can prepare the next step. If your first internal appeal has been denied, our External Review Pack prepares the state-specific Independent Review Organization (IRO) submission. If you're between internal-appeal levels, we can prepare a stronger second-level appeal.
What if I need help after submitting my appeal?
